LiteGait provides postural control and weight-bearing assistance for fall-free therapeutic activities.  Using LiteGait, the clinician can be hands-free, focusing on better quality and increased quantity of practice, when working with clients of all functional levels and diagnoses.
Its design facilites normal weight-bearing where appropriate and lets body weight support to be directed only where needed while. Postural control and support for symmetric upright positioning are provided by the overhead straps provide, even for those who cannot support themselves.
LiteGait therapy allows clients during early rehabilitation process and throughout treatment to safely engage in progressively challenging functional activities. It benefits clients with lower extremity pain, weight-bearing restrictions or amputation, lower extremity and trunk weakness diminished cardiopulmonary function, and poor activity tolerance. LiteGait therapy also challenges higher-functioning clients to be progressed in a fall-free environment.
LiteGait can be used for gait over ground or with a treadmill, for balance and standing activities like therapeutic exercise and ADL, for supported sitting and quadruped positioning, and also with cardio and balance equipment as well as many other activities. 

The powerful LiteGait 500 models maintain their portability and a small footprint while easily lift and safely support patients up to 227 kg. Clients can be lifted to standing with the touch of a button through the precision-made dynamic actuators/lift mechanisms adjusting smoothly the amount of body weight support, providing up to 91 cm of powered lift stroke. The well-designed LG 500’s aims to be used for supported gait training, pre-gait balance/dynamic standing/strengthening activities, assisted daily living activities and all while being mobile enough to also use in most hallways and bedsides and benefit clients of all functioning levels.
